I understand that the office hours are from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
I understand that check-in is at 3:00 PM and a fee may be applied for an early check-in.
I understand that the standard check-out time is 11:00 AM. I also understand that a late check-out is a request only and requires
verification with the front desk 24 hours in advance.
I understand that there is a strict check-out policy and all belongings must be removed from the room by 11:00 AM sharp. Any guest remaining will be charged for an additional night.
I understand that visitors must register at the front desk, as indicated by the sign displayed outside the office. Visitors are only allowed for a maximum of 2 hours and are not permitted on the premises after 10:00 PM.
I understand that unauthorized vehicles without a valid parking pass are considered trespassing and subject to towing at the owner's expense. A parking pass must be displayed at all times.
I understand that a a signed waiver is required for pets (a copy will be provided). Pets are only permitted in pet-friendly rooms and are not allowed on motel furnishings, linens, or towels.
I understand that daily or twice-weekly housekeeping is mandatory. Management may enter rooms for emergencies, maintenance, or condition checks.
I understand that there is a strict no-smoking, no vaping, and no-cooking policy within the rooms and walkway. A cleaning fee of $250 will be charged for any violation.
