Pet Policy

• Canines only.

• A maximum of (1) dog per room is allowed, excluding service animals.

• Regardless of size, a non-refundable pet fee ($75 USD) will be charged per stay, plus an additional ($10 USD) per night, will be added to your reservation. Service animals are exempt from this fee.

• Large breeds with a maximum weight of 85 lbs are permitted.

• All guests with pets must register their pet(s) upon arrival and sign a pet agreement.

Before Your Stay:​

• Please provide proof of current vaccinations for your pet at check-in.

• Guests are required to provide their own pet bedding, linens, and towels. Pets are strictly prohibited from using motel furnishings, linens, or towels.

• Please adhere to quiet hours (10:00 PM to 9:00 AM).​

 

Additional Charges:​

• Excessive Cleaning or Damage: Additional charges will be applied for excessive cleaning or damage caused by pets. The amount of these charges will be determined based on the extent of cleaning or repairs required.

• Linen Damage Fee: ($250 USD) deep cleaning fee will be charged if pet fur or damage is found on motel linens.

• Unregistered Pet Fee: ($250 USD) fee will be charged for any unregistered pets found on the property. This fee is in addition to the standard pet fees.

The signed agreement will be referenced in the event of any disputes.

Responsibilities:

• You are responsible for any damage caused by your pet. Please be mindful of furniture and linens.

• Keep noise to a minimum and avoid disturbing other guests.

• Clean up after your pet promptly and dispose of waste properly in designated outdoor waste receptacles

• Pets must not be left unattended in guest rooms. Unattended pets, will be considered non-service animals and may result in additional charges or eviction.

• Pets must be on leashes (no more than 6 feet) at all times outside the room.

• Rooms will be inspected for damages before and after your stay.

 

Service Animals:

We welcome well-behaved service animals as defined by the ADA. Service animals are exempt from pet fees and restrictions. Documentation may be requested upon arrival. Service animals must be harnessed, leashed, or otherwise tethered while in public areas of the motel, unless these devices interfere with the animals work, or the individuals disability prevents using these devices.
