I understand that a weekly stay consists of 6 nights and payment for the upcoming week (or any extension) is due 24 hours in advance of my set departure date.

I understand that registered pets require a signed waiver and pets are restricted to pet-friendly rooms and are strictly prohibited from using motel furnishings, linens, or towels.

I understand that cooking is not permitted inside the rooms. Any evidence of cooking inside the room is a violation of this agreement and may result in immediate eviction without a refund.

I understand that all rooms, walkways, and common areas are strictly non-smoking and non-vaping. Tampering with smoke detectors is strictly prohibited and is a violation of safety policies. I understand that I will be charged a cleaning, restoration, and/or safety fee for any violation of these policies.

I will maintain the area surrounding my room. This includes the immediate disposal of cigarette butts and pet waste from the ground. Failure to keep the area clean may result in additional maintenance fees.

I understand the maximum occupancy is 2 adults per bed and violations may result in additional charges or immediate eviction.

I understand that all visitors and pets must check in at the Front Desk immediately and visits are limited to 2 hours and must conclude by 10:00 PM.

I understand that a valid parking pass must be displayed at all times and unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the vehicle owner’s expense.

I understand that early check-in or late check-out requests require 24 hours' notice, are subject to availability, and may incur an additional fee.

I understand that departure is strictly at 11:00 AM and guests remaining past this time will be charged for an additional night.

I understand that loud noises are restricted between 10:00 PM and 11:00 AM.

I understand that mandatory cleaning service is conducted daily or twice weekly between 7:00 AM and 3:00 PM. Please do not unmake beds or remove linens.

I understand that use of personal outside furniture and cooking appliances in rooms is strictly prohibited.

I understand that the Front Office door remains locked 24/7 and lobby amenities are available between 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM. I will call or text the office at 352-432-0706 for all needs during operating hours.

I understand that management reserves the right to enter rooms for emergencies, maintenance, or condition checks.

I understand that management is not responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of personal property or vehicles while on the premises.

I understand this deposit is required to cover potential damages, smoking fees, or unpaid balances. This amount will be released/refunded after check-out, pending a room inspection. I acknowledge that the refund processing time will be dependent on my financial institution and not the motel.

I agree to the motel's terms, including our 24-hour cancellation policy.

I certify that I am the authorized cardholder and agree to notify the Orange Motel management of any billing discrepancies within seven (7) business days.
