Orange Motel Pet Agreement

Room & Damage Policy

• Initial Inspection: Please report any pre-existing damages immediately upon check-in.

• Cleaning Fees: Rooms requiring repairs or cleaning beyond our standard deep-cleaning process will incur additional fees.

• Room Access: Housekeeping is required daily or at least twice per week. Management reserves the right to enter rooms for maintenance or emergencies.

Pet Policy & Fees

• Registration: Max 1 canine per designated pet-friendly room. Pets must be registered and never left unattended.

• Fees: A $75 non-refundable deposit plus $10 per night applies.

• Unauthorized Pets: Subject to a $250 cleaning fee and immediate eviction.

• Conduct: Pets must be non-aggressive and kept on a leash. Please keep pets off all furniture, linens, and towels.

• Waste: Guests must pick up after their pets using exterior trash receptacles or the dumpster.

• Noise: To ensure a peaceful stay for everyone, guests may be asked to remove their pet after two (2) noise complaints.

• Furnishings & Linens: Pets are strictly prohibited from using motel furnishings, linens, or towels.

Service Animals

• ADA Compliance: Service animals are welcome at no charge and are exempt from pet fees and weight restrictions.

• Service animals must be under the handler's control at all times and that leaving one alone in a room violates ADA guidelines.

• Note: Emotional support animals (ESAs) are not considered service animals under the ADA.
