Keep doors and windows shut. A designated smoking area is at the gazebo. A $250 fee applies for smoking elsewhere.
Registered pets require a signed waiver (copy provided). Pets are prohibited from using motel furnishings, linens, or towels.
Daily or twice-weekly housekeeping is required. Management may enter rooms for emergencies, maintenance, or condition checks.

By submitting your credit card details for this reservation, you confirm acceptance of the Orange Motel's Guest Rules and Terms & Conditions. You also authorize us to charge your card for the total reservation amount and any applicable incidental charges.
