Each case is handled individually, and refunds are at the discretion of the management. In the interests of security and fraud prevention, guests are required to confirm their identity by providing their valid government issued photo identification (State driver’s license, passport, etc.)


Refunds can only be sent back to the original payment method charged. Depending on your bank, it can take up to 10 days for the refund to appear back in your account. If a failed inspection or violation of the guest agreement occurs, you will be charged/billed. Refunds can't be sent to a different destination such as another card or bank account. Refunds to expired or cancelled cards are handled by the customer's card issuer and, in most cases, credited to the customer's replacement card. If no replacement exists, that card issuer usually delivers the refund to the customer using an alternate method.


WE, at the Orange Motel are not responsible for any weather, personal emergencies, or schedule changes once your card has been charged. If you need to cancel your reservation, please do so at least 48 hours prior to arrival date to receive refund. Please be aware that once your reservation is guaranteed, you will be charged for one night's stay.
