Terms & Conditions

 

We strive to provide our guests with an exceptionally clean, safe, and friendly motel experience. The following agreement has been established based on industry standards, management and operational procedures, and our personal experience of owning and operating the Orange Motel since 1990 and are considered a part of our reservation agreement with you. As our motel guest, by reading and signing your motel registration you are agreeing to abide by all of our Terms & Conditions, policies and procedures. These following policies are presented here to help promote our guests’ safety and enjoyment and to ensure that each guest is aware of the understandings between the Orange Motel and the guest.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE 

The Orange Motel is privately family owned and operated since 1990.  We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason(s) that does not violate Federal or State laws. Orange Motel has a zero-tolerance policy in which we will refuse to admit or refuse service or accommodation in our motel or may remove a person, without refund, who refuses to abide by the reasonable standards and policies established by the State of Florida and the owners for the operation and management of the motel. Orange Motel will refuse service or evict a guest: for refusal or failure to pay for accommodations, is under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any other intoxicating substance and acts in a disorderly fashion as to disturb the peace of other guests or is not in compliance with state liquor laws; acts in a disorderly fashion as to disturb the peace of other guests; is unable to properly supervise their children at all times, seeks to use the motel for an unlawful purpose; seeks to bring into the motel: an unlawfully possessed firearm; or something, including an explosive or hazardous or toxic substance, that is unlawful to possess and that may be dangerous to other persons; destroys, damages, defaces, or threatens harm to motel property or guests; causes or permits persons to exceed the maximum allowable occupancy of room, refuses to abide by the reasonable standards or policies established by Orange Motel for the operation and management of our motel.

 

It is agreed that the guest will conduct him/herself in a respectable manner and will not cause any nuisance or annoyance within the motel premise. The Management has the right to request any guest to vacate his/her room or other areas of the motel forthwith, without previous notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, and the guest shall be bound to vacate when requested to do so. In case of the default, the Management has the right to remove the Guest luggage and belongings from the room occupied by him/her.  Our Motel Policy Rules may change from time to time, so please check back often.

PHOTOGRAPHS AND VIDEO'S

Using photographs and video's taken in the motel for commercial or public purposes is illegal without permission. Those who do so will be subject to prosecution.

RIGHT TO CANCEL ERRORS AND/OR MISTAKES
The Site may contain technical inaccuracies and typographical or other errors in connection with information displayed on the Site, including without limitation rates, fees, or availability applicable to your transaction. Company assumes no responsibility or liability for such errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. Company shall have the right not to honor reservations or information affected by such errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. Company shall have the right to make changes, corrections, cancellations, and/or improvements to such information or reservations based on such information, at any time, including after confirmation of a reservation. Please check our website regularly for updates to Motel Policy Rules.

By providing your cell phone/mobile phone number/e-mail, you expressly consent to be contacted by the Orange Motel, or anyone calling on our behalf for any and all purposes arising out of or relating to your reservation. You agree that we may contact you in any way, including SMS messages (including text messages), calls using prerecorded messages or artificial voice, and calls and messages delivered using auto telephone dialing system or an automatic texting system.

PAYMENT PROCESSOR

The Orange Motel processes your transactions through Clover, Wix. We recommend reading their Terms & Conditions as your bound to them as well. If these processors are replaced at any time, you'll be notified. It is your responsibility to fully understand the manner in which your bank processes pre-authorizations and charges to your credit card. Some banks hold pending authorizations for up to 30 days. You agree that we may contact you in any way, including SMS messages (including text messages), calls using prerecorded messages or artificial voice, and calls and messages delivered using auto telephone dialing system or an automatic texting system.

All rates are quoted in United States currency, plus tax. Rates may increase without notice. Rates as advertised on the Orange Motel website or any other website or promotional material are subject to change at any time and may increase or decrease at the hotel’s discretion. The Maximum number of people allowed per room is dependent on the room type booked, so please contact the motel for more information for your individual reservation. We currently do not offer discounted room rates for participation or employment in organizations such as AAA, AARP, government employees, etc. 

In the interests of security and to prevent fraud, guests are required to confirm their identity by providing their valid government issued photo identification (State driver’s license, passport, etc.) at check-in. We require valid contact information from the guest making the reservations including first and last name, address, email, phone number, and signature.

The management reserves to itself the right to add to, or alter or amend any of the above terms, conditions and rules which are a part of and an abstract of the lodging act.
