PAYMENT & POLICIES

  • Payment Processing: We accept major credit cards and debit cards. Transactions are processed through Clover and Wix. Please review their terms and conditions.

  • Price Changes: Rates are subject to change without notice. Taxes are additional. Occupancy limits vary by room type.

  • Weekly Rates: Our weekly deals are non-negotiable and cannot be adjusted.

  • Payment Methods: In limited cases, we may accept third-party payments with proper identification and authorization.

  • Incidental Deposit: A valid credit card is required on file for incidentals. A pre-authorization of $250 hold for debit cards. 

  • Guest Identification: To protect against fraud, a valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in. We collect guest information for reservation purposes.

  • Max Capacity: To ensure the safety and comfort of all guests, maximum room occupancy is based on bed size. Please be aware that our rooms are designed to comfortably accommodate a specific number of guests. 2 adults in single rooms and 4 adults in double rooms. Please note that we do not allow outside furniture.

  • Policy Changes: We reserve the right to modify our policies without prior notice.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

Q1. How old do I need to be? 

To check in at our motel, you must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by an adult family member with valid identification.

Q2. Do you allow pets? 

We are pet-friendly! Please let us know if you'll be bringing a pet when making your reservation. A pet fee may apply. Please read over our pet policy.

Q3. What time is check-in and check-out? 

Check-in: 3:00 PM (ET)

Check-out: 11:00 AM (ET)

Late Check-out:

  • Subject to availability

  • Requires 24-hour advance notice

  • May incur additional fees​

Please note: Check-out time is strictly enforced. Your room expiration date and time is provided when you receive your door code by text/email. If you have not arranged a late check-out and your belongings are still in the room after 11:00 AM, you will be charged for an additional night's stay.

Q4. Do you take Third Party payments?

Third-Party Payments and Liability

  • Primary Payment: We prefer payments from the registered guest.

  • Third-Party Payments: In limited cases, we may accept third-party payments with proper identification and authorization.

  • Third-Party Liability: Third-party [cardholder] is responsible for any damage or losses caused during their stay. This includes damage to rooms, furnishings, or equipment. 

  • Additional Charges: Additional charges may apply.

Q5. Can I get an early check-in?

Early check-in's are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. We recommend contacting us in advance to request an early check-in and we will do our best to accommodate you. Additional fees may apply.

Q6. Can I request a late check-out? 

If you're planning to stay with us and need a late check-out or extended stay, please note that we require a 24-hour advance notice. Late check-outs are subject to availability and can be requested with advance notice. If you need a later check-out, please contact the front desk before the day of your departure and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Q7. Can I have a visitor? 

  • Registration: Visitors must check in at the front desk and provide identification.

  • Accompaniment: Visitors must be accompanied by a registered guest at all times.

  • Visitation Hours: Visitation is allowed for a maximum of 2 hours between 9:00 am to 10:00 pm (ET).

  • Parking: Visitors must obtain a temporary parking pass.

  • Guest Responsibilities: Registered guests are responsible for their visitors' behavior.

Please ensure your visitors adhere to these guidelines to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests.​

Q8. Where can I return my key card and parking pass? 

Keyless Entry. We utilize digital locks for your convenience. There's no need for physical keys or keycards. However, elderly guests may request traditional keycards if preferred. How does keyless entry work? Upon check-out, please leave any keycards or parking passes in your room or the designated drop box by the office.

Q9. Do you accept cash incidental deposits? 

To ensure a smooth check-in process and cover potential incidentals, we require a valid credit card on file to cover incidentals and secure a booking. This is common policy among hotels and motels. While we understand that some guests prefer cash payments for their stay, we are unable to accept cash for incidentals.

Q10. I am using a debit card to cover the incidental deposit. How much is it?

To ensure your reservation, we may place a $250 pre-authorization hold on your debit card. This temporary hold secures funds to cover potential incidentals during your stay.

Q11. When will my deposit be released?

The hold will typically be released within 24-72 hours of check-out, pending a successful room inspection. Please note that any damage to the room or failure to adhere to our guest policies may result in additional charges.
