AGE REQUIREMENTS

THE PRIMARY GUEST MUST BE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OF AGE TO BE ABLE TO CHECK INTO THE MOTEL.

​IT IS MANDATORY FOR GUESTS TO PRESENT A VALID GOVERNMENT ISSUED PHOTO IDENTIFICATION AT THE TIME OF CHECK-IN. ACCORDING TO GOVERNMENT REGULATIONS, A VALID PHOTO ID MUST BE CARRIED BY EVERY PERSON ABOVE THE AGE OF 18 STAYING AT THE MOTEL. ACCEPTED IDENTIFICATIONS ARE: DRIVERS LICENSE OR PASSPORT. WITHOUT ORIGINAL COPY OF VALID ID, THE GUEST WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO CHECK-IN. ALL ROOM OCCUPANTS MUST BE REGISTERED WITH THE FRONT OFFICE.

ALL UNREGISTERED GUESTS "VISITORS" MUST SIGN-IN AT THE FRONT OFFICE AND LEAVE THE PROPERTY AFTER 10:00 PM SHARP. NO EXCEPTIONS!

PAYMENT POLICY & DEPOSITS
A REFUNDABLE ROOM SECURITY DEPOSIT OF $100 WILL BE REQUIRED IN THE FORM OF A VALID CREDIT/DEBIT CARD FOR SECURITY THAT MUST BE PROVIDED AT CHECK-IN, AND THE CARDHOLDER MUST BE PRESENT WITH A MATCHING GOVERNMENT ISSUED PHOTO ID UNLESS A THIRD-PARTY CREDIT/DEBIT CARD AUTHORIZATION HAS BEEN SUBMITTED TO THE MOTEL IN ADVANCE. CREDIT/DEBIT CARD MUST HAVE CARDHOLDER NAME PRINTED/EMBOSSED ON ITS FRONT AND CORRESPOND TO A REGISTERED GUEST. "PRE-PAID" CREDIT CARDS OR CASH CARDS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE FOR SECURITY AT CHECK-IN.

GUESTS SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES/THEFT CAUSED TO THE ROOM/PROPERTY DURING THEIR STAY. GUEST SHALL KEEP THE MOTEL IN A GOOD CONDITION AND MAINTAIN HYGIENE AND CLEANLINESS. THIS AMOUNT WILL BE RELEASED AT THE TIME OF CHECK-OUT UPON VALIDATION OF ROOM CONDITION. THERE WILL BE OTHER FEES THAT THE DEPOSIT WILL PAY FOR SUCH AS DAMAGE/THEFT OF ROOM KEYS OR DAMAGES/THEFT OF PROPERTY IN GENERAL. (VARIES FROM $15 AND UP). FOR CARD REFUND, THIS AMOUNT WILL BE RELEASED WITHIN 3 TO 7 BUSINESS DAYS FROM THE DATE OF CHECKOUT AUTHORIZED, NEITHER THE FRONT OFFICE NOR MOTEL MANAGEMENT ARE ABLE TO MAKE EXCEPTIONS TO YOUR BANK OR CARD ISSUER'S POLICIES.

EXTRA PERSON POLICY
WE ARE A SMALL 10 UNIT MOTEL. ROOM RATES ARE TYPICALLY BASED ON THE SINGLE OR DOUBLE OCCUPANCY. ADDITIONAL ADULTS SHARING A ROOM WILL INCUR A CHARGE OF $6.05 PER PERSON PER NIGHT, PLUS TAX. THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PEOPLE ALLOWED PER ROOM IS DEPENDENT ON THE ROOM TYPE BOOKED, SO PLEASE CONTACT THE MOTEL FOR MORE INFORMATION FOR YOUR INDIVIDUAL RESERVATION.

PET POLICY

AS OUR ROOM AMENITIES ARE DESIGNED TO PROVIDE AN ODOR AND ALLERGEN FREE ENVIORNMENT FOR OUR GUESTS, THIS MOTEL DOES NOT ALLOW PETS ON THE PREMISES. VIOLATION OF THIS POLICY WILL RESULT IN MINIMUM DAMAGE FEES OF $100; HOWEVER, WE DO COMPLY WITH ADA LAW REGARDING SERVICE ANIMALS. PLEASE VISIT WWW.ADA.GOV FOR MORE INFORMATION.​

NON-SMOKING POLICY

ALL ROOMS ARE NON-SMOKING. THIS IS A SMOKE FREE FACILITY. INCLUDING E-CIGARETTES AND MARIJUANA, AND VIOLATION OF THIS POLICY WILL RESULT IN MINIMUM DAMAGE AND CLEANING FEES OF $100. SMOKING IS ONLY PERMITTED IN THE DESIGNATED SMOKING AREA WITHIN THE PREMISES. FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THE MOTEL POLICIES CAN RESULT IN EVICTION FROM PROPERTY. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED TO EVICTED GUESTS.​

HOUSEKEEPING POLICY
IF YOU ARE STAYING WITH US FOR MORE THAN ONE NIGHT, WE DO REQUIRE THAT OUR ROOM ATTENDANT BE ABLE TO SERVICE THE ROOM EVERY 3 DAYS TO MAINTAIN THE GOOD CONDITION OF OUR ROOMS. THE HOUSEKEEPER IS TYPICALLY ON THE PROPERTY FROM 8:00 AM UNTIL 2:00 PM, SO IF THERE IS A SPECIFIC TIME WITHIN THOSE HOURS YOU WOULD LIKE YOUR ROOM SERVICED, PLEASE LET THE FRONT DESK KNOW.

LOST & FOUND
LOST AND FOUND ITEMS ARE TYPICALLY KEPT AT THE PROPERTY FOR NO MORE THAN ONE MONTH AND THE MOTEL WILL TRY TO CONTACT YOU AS SOON AS POSSIBLE IF ANY SUCH ITEMS ARE FOUND. PLEASE NOTE THE MOTEL IS NOT LIABLE FOR LOST VALUABLES.

ROOM TYPES & ADA ACCESSIBILITY
WHEN YOUR RESERVATION IS BOOKED, IT IS BOOKED FOR A SPECIFIC ROOM TYPE. IF YOU NEED TO CHANGE THE ROOM TYPE YOU HAVE BOOKED PLEASE CONTACT THE MOTEL AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. ROOM TYPE CHANGES ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY AND ADDITIONAL CHARGES MAY APPLY.
OUR PROPERTY IS COMPLIANT WITH ADA LAW AND WE HAVE ADA-ACCESSIBLE ROOMS AVAILABLE.

 ADA-ACCESSIBLE ROOMS ARE NOT BOOKABLE THROUGH THIRD-PARTY BOOKING AGENTS OR WEBSITES. IF AN ACCESSIBLE ROOM IS NEEDED, OUR FRONT DESK AGENTS WOULD BE HAPPY TO ASSIST.

** Our Accessible Rooms offer hearing accessibility and are spacious! Our bathrooms do not offer roll in showers but are easily enterable with a step down. **

Early Check-In​:

WE ARE UNABLE TO GUARANTEE EARLY CHECK-INS; HOWEVER IF AN EARLY CHECK-IN IS REQUESTED WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO ACCOMODATE. A CHECK-IN EARLIER THAN 3:00 PM WILL BE CONSIDERED AS EARLY CHECK-IN. EXTRA CHARGES WILL APPLY AS PER MOTEL POLICY.

Late Check-Out: 

OUR STANDARD CHECK-OUT TIME IS 11:00 AM. A CHECKOUT BETWEEN 11:00 AM AND 1:00 PM OR LATER WILL BE CONSIDERED AS LATE CHECK-OUT. LATE CHECK OUT IS SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY AND MAY BE AVAILABLE IF REQUESTED WITH ADVANCE NOTICE. IF YOUR PERSONAL BELONGINGS ARE STILL IN YOUR ROOM AFTER 11:00 AM AND YOU HAVE NOT ARRANGED A LATE CHECK-OUT WITH THE FRONT DESK IN ADVANCE, YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR AN ADDITIONAL NIGHT'S STAY. CHECK-OUT TIME IS STRICTLY ENFORCED. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS UNLESS PRE-ARRANGED.

CANCELLATION

WE WOULD LOVE TO HOST YOU  BUT IN CASE YOUR PLANS CHANGE, THE FOLLOWING CANCELLATION POLICY SHALL APPLY:

GUARANTEED RESERVATIONS NEED TO BE CANCELLED WITHIN 3 DAYS BEFORE CHECK-IN.

IF YOU DO NOT CHECK-IN ON YOUR SCHEDULED DAY OF ARRIVAL "NO SHOW" YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR ROOM TAXES AND FEES FOR THE STAY.

REDUCTIONS IN LENGTH OF STAY SHOULD BE MADE BEFORE CHECK-IN. IF A REQUEST TO REDUCE THE LENGTH OF STAY IS MADE AFTER CHECK-IN, THE GUEST WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE NEXT 24 HOURS AFTER THE OFFICIAL CANCELLATION REQUEST IS MADE. THE AMOUNT FOR THE REMAINING NIGHTS WILL BE REFUNDED.
