RESERVATION POLICY

For reservations at this motel please call (352) 394-3595, or email us at theorangemotelminneolafl@gmail.com or you can book online www.theorangemotel.com.  We do not accept payment online.  All reservations including online are non-guarantee until payment is made to guarantee your reservation.  Please contact Front Desk staff directly to guarantee your reservation and complete a credit card authorization form prior to your arrival.  If your reservation was guaranteed you will still be able to check-in after closing but must provide an arrival time. Please call or text (407) 271-2411 after hours for further assistance.  Office hours are Mon-Sat 7:00 am to 10:00 pm or Sun 9:00 am to 10 :00 pm.

Special Requests and Handicap

We will make every effort to honor special requests such as disabled and pet rooms upon your arrival. All special requests are noted on reservations, and we will do our best to accommodate.   However, the availability of these items cannot be guaranteed in advance.  Two ADA compliant guest rooms are available and should be reserved in advanced; please contact the motel directly.

Room Rates and Discounts

All rates are quoted in United States currency, plus tax.  Rates may increase without notice.  Rates as advertised on the Orange Motel website or any other website or promotional material are subject to change at any time and may increase or decrease at the hotel’s discretion.  ​The Maximum number of people allowed per room is dependent on the room type booked, so please contact the motel for more information for your individual reservation. We currently do not offer discounted room rates for participation or employment in organizations such as AAA, AARP, government employees, etc. 

Payment

All reservations and registration must be guaranteed with a valid major credit/debit card.  You can use any credit/debit card to guarantee a reservation, but the payment will need to be processed with a card that matches the reservation.  (ie. you can't use your card to pay for another guest's stay.  A Third-Party form must be signed and filled out) If paying by card the amount shall be charged (3) business days prior to arrival date.

 

A service fee will apply.  We accept (Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover Card).  Pursuant to credit card agreements, credit cards are not valid unless signed by the cardholder.  Credit cards must be signed.  Cash (USD) payment is welcomed with a signed and pre-authorized credit card on file.  Checks and foreign currency not accepted. 



Reservation and Payment for Guests by Third Party

Generally, third party payment is not permitted.  In the case of paying for a family member if you will not be physically present at the motel, we require prior completion and approval of a Credit Card Authorization form including a copy of your driver’s license and the front and back of your signed credit card.  Sponsor will be responsible for any and all damages and loss.  We reserve the right to refuse reservation at any time for any reason.
